1. What it is. A humor app that gives a joke score based on visible clothing and accessories. The score says nothing about anyone's character, origin, religion, age or behavior and is not a real assessment.
2. Age. The app is for users 13 and older. For anyone who appears to be under 19, the score is based only on clothing and accessories (not body traits like facial hair), and the wording is always positive and complimentary - no teasing, no insulting content.
3. Acceptable use. Only photograph and check yourself or a person who knows about it and agreed. Do not photograph or check children. Do not publish or send a result about a specific person without their consent. Do not use the app or results to insult, humiliate, harass, shame or discriminate against any person or group, including based on origin, religion, community, gender, sexual orientation or disability. Do not upload nude, sexual or violent images, or images taken in a private place without permission. Follow the law, including Israeli privacy, defamation and sexual-harassment laws.
4. AI detection. If you turn it on, an image-recognition model (CLIP) runs in your browser and compares the photo to descriptions of clothing and accessories. It may be wrong. It does not identify people or infer religion, origin, age or character. All text in results was written in advance by us, not generated by AI. In demo mode the score is random.
5. Costs. Free to use. The one-time model download (about 160 MB) uses your data plan; Wi-Fi is recommended.
6. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability. The app is provided as is, without any promise that it will work without errors or that results are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the Applikziot team is not liable for damage caused by use of the app or its results, including use that breaches these terms. You are responsible for photos you take and what you choose to share.
8. Intellectual property. The app's design, code and text belong to the Applikziot team. Your photos remain yours; they never leave your phone.
9. Changes. If we change these terms materially, we will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
10. Law and jurisdiction. Israeli law applies, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
